SpaceQuest Casino in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Hilton is hosting a free New Years Eve party in the SpaceQuest Casino Dec. 31 complete with a dance band, party favors, midnight balloon drop and champagne toast.

The fun begins at 10:00 p.m. when Las Vegas favorite dance band, Destiny, takes the stage and prepares to take revelers out of the old and into the new. Destiny is scheduled to perform multiple sets and will conduct the official midnight countdown.

Party favors will be distributed from the SpaceQuest Bar starting at 10:30 p.m., and the champagne will start flowing shortly before the stroke of midnight. At the start of the first minute of the new year, thousands of balloons will be released into the casino to celebrate the end of 2001 and the beginning of a new year.

Guests must be at least 21 to enter the SpaceQuest Casino. There is no cost to attend the special New Years Eve party. Its not too early to get tickets to see Huey Lewis and The News in the Hilton Theater Dec. 31.
