Sunset Station Hotel Casino in Henderson, Nevada announced that Zowie Bowie would perform at Club Madrid on a weekly basis. From October 5, 2006, Zowie Bowie will perform her funky musical show on every Thursday night at 9.30 pm. Bowie will continue performing in the Rocks Lounge at Red Rock Casino on Weekend nights.
Zowie Bowie debut performance at the Sunset Station Hotel Casino took place in July, when she made a special guest appearance at the L.L. Cool J. concert. Prior to that, she has been performing every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa since it was launched in April. Zowie had arrived to Las Vegas after performing for a long time in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she became a cult figure.
Zowie Bowie and Marley Taylor performances include covers of popular music hits including the latest dance, rock and hip hop hits bcakced by a five member band. Zowie and Marley performances are influenced by the Rat Pack legendary Las Vegas shows. The admission for Zowie performances at the Club Madrid in the Sunset Station Hotel Casino is free.
Club Madrid in the Sunset Station Hotel Casino is a 500 seat entertainment venue that features variant lineup of musicians, comedians and entertainers such as the local country band Wolf Creek, which performs every Friday night.
